Regalia
Regalia is a relic-class magical outfit created by Sutra, Goddess of the Weave, rewarded to the Anointed and high-ranking adventurers. It is produced with Starweave and enchanted with extreme comfort, self-repair, self-modification, self-cleaning, self-drying, and extreme temperature regulation. Regalia sets significantly outclass Raiments worn by high nobility, making them the most beautiful and impressive outfits in Gaia.
Most Regalia possess multiple forms that they can transition between, including casual wear, adventuring set, formal attire, swimwear, romantic attire, and sleepwear. Each form is themed similarly; partially for simplicity of design, and partially to make it recognizable with the base outfit. Because of their features and multiple forms, they never have to be removed even during sleep.
When Regalia is retired, it is returned to Sutra. Customizations to an existing outfit are far easier to complete than a new set, taking her only a few short minutes to complete.
Non-Adventuring Regalia
- Archivist Regalia: Scholarly, professional designs.
- Maestro Regalia: Bardish, mixed designs.
- Maiden Regalia: Beautiful, elegant, formal designs.
- Saint Regalia: Priestly designs. Color depends on the religious affiliation; white is common.
- Siren Regalia: Beautiful, often seductive designs. Augmented with special shapechanging functions.
- Fairy Regalia: Due to Sutra's love of fairies, all fairies have fairy-sized regalia.
- Familiar Regalia: Rare regalia for highly specialized familiars.
Adventurer's Regalia
An Adventurer's Regalia is rewarded to adventurers upon earning platinum rank. These are the most prioritized Regalia, with over two thousand sets in use. They are opulent and flashy, designed to make an adventurer distinguished and recognizable; an intentional flex by the Adventurer's Guild to demonstrate their influence and attract more adventurers.
Each set of Adventurer's Regalia is tailored to the individual's needs, including additional forms for combat, stealth, or nuanced applications like aerial maneuvers. They are bestowed with magical durability, making them excellent for armor. Even Regalia that traditionally exposes skin will adapt and reshape reactively for combat.
Air Regalia

- Blades and blunt force often fail to land cleanly, especially when attacking underwater.
- Resists any unwanted water magic.
- Assists and supports the user's water magic.
Fractal Regalia
- Bends, distorts, refracts, and manipulates light.
- The effects may make the user easy to notice, but much more difficult to observe specifics.
- Can make the user appear visually blurred, making it impossible to register coherent definitions about them.
- Can suppress the surrounding light, shadowing the user, making them harder to see in the dark.
- Can sync basic colors with the environment, making the user camouflaged at a distance.
- Can refract lighting from complex angles to distort perspectives, making the user harder to hit and anticipate.
- Typically worn by rogues and rangers that split their talents across stealth and combat.
Gateweaver Regalia
- Reduces portal fatigue, and makes portal transfer less of a burden on one's mana and Chi.
- Use of this Regalia allows nearly unlimited travel through the Astralei Portal Network.
- For those with Teleportation Animas, this Regalia reduces their fatigue from Teleportation.
- Typically restricted to Maidens, Astralei, and Adventurers with rare Teleportation Animas.
Harmonic Regalia
- Automatically attunes to nearby sets of Harmonic Regalia and synchronizes with them.
- Generates subtle pressures within the outfit designed to react to synchronized Harmonic Regalia.
- Users can sense the presence of their harmonic allies by interpreting pressure created by the garments.
- Reveals their exact distance, direction, and physical movements of one's harmonic allies.
- Harmonic allies can be treated as being in line of sight, which is extremely useful for many powers.
- Holy powers cast on the user will have optimal impact, sometimes amplified beyond its normal ability.
- Holy powers can be cast across multiple harmonic allies at once, distributing partial effects.
- Worn by adventuring groups that want an unparalleled coordination, or which benefit from priestly support.

- Suppresses aura emissions, making it nearly impossible to sense the user's aura.
- Physically supports the user's posture, allowing them to remain comfortable while still.
- Effects can be easily toggled, such as to allow the user to speak or make intentional sounds.
- Used by rogues, rangers, and stealthy Adventurers that benefit from silent movement.
Resonance Regalia
- The Regalia gently resonates with multiple subtle frequencies across a wide area.
- With practice, the user can sense the environment by interpreting pressure created by the garments:
- A 360-degree view is revealed. The Regalia detects and reacts to air pressure and sonar.
- Movement is revealed. The Regalia detects and reacts to vibrations.
- Metal is revealed. The Regalia detects and reacts to magnetic fields.
- A difficult Regalia to use, but extremely effective at augmenting perception once learned.
Sanctuary Regalia
- Generates a powerful holy field around the user, which acts as a moderate-range anti-demon aura.
- Demons strongly dislike this aura. They want it eliminated, but strongly prefer not to engage it.
- Demons within the aura are heavily distracted and less effective than usual, especially at close range.
- Affected demons struggle to hit their marks, and are more likely to be hit themselves.
- The sanctuary aura reacts to demonic presence, allowing the user to detect nearby demons.
- This effect is akin to having 360 vision, but which only sees demons within the field.
- Worn by support priests or backline sorcerers that join demon hunting parties.
Stormcoil

Reaver
Reavers are legendary weapons reserved exclusively for Hunters, forged personally by Aedron, the God of Crafting. Their distinctive craftsmanship and formidable presence make Reavers widely recognizable at a glance. Each Reaver is classified as a full relic, imbued through multiple intricate applications of Aedron's Sacrament, rendering them exceptionally potent in the hands of an expert wielder.
Aether Reservoir
This crystalline orb serves as a personal reserve of elemental Aether for sorcerers who must operate outside their preferred environments. A charged Reservoir provides sorcerers access to their full range of abilities in any environment. Their most powerful spells will deplete the stored energy after five or so uses, with lesser spells using fewer resources.
Available in six distinct variants, each Reservoir is attuned to Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Nature, or Prana. When exposed to its related Aether, the Reservoir gradually fills with glowing, swirling energy that coalesces into a brilliant core over a few hours. Without exposure, the stored Aether gradually dissipates over approximately two weeks, returning the crystal to its dormant, transparent state.
Icerender
Icerenders are ornate blue-metal aquatic pistols designed exclusively for underwater operations. While submerged, the relic rapidly channels Water Aether into its inner chambers, generating specialized supercavitating ice bullets. The weapon can be fired underwater with an effective range of about 10 meters, and a mildly effective range of about 15 meters.
Icerenders have a reserve of three bullets. A single bullet takes about three seconds to fully reform. Each bullet reforms sequentially one after another; not simultaneously.
Master Arm
Designed with martial artists in mind, this arm can assist combat both offensively and defensively, depending on the user's interests. The relic is strapped onto the user like a backpack. The arm has two elbows, with a total length of 1.6 meters, allowing it to reach past most users in all directions. Its grip strength is around 150 kg, enough to crack or splinter a wooden bat through grip alone.
The arm moves like an elite fighter. It responds intuitively to the user's needs, such as if it needs to hold or grip something, or to attack a particular opponent. If left to act passively, it will typically address any incoming threats from behind.
Mecha-Spear
A spear that can transform to any size between 26 cm and 2.6 meters in a fraction of a second. It fires out to its full length like a harpoon, inflicting heavy piercing damage, and can be retracted with similar force. It has multi-pointed heads to maximize tearing damage. The wielder may require strong grounding to make full use of its force.
Mithril Blades
Mithril Blades are beautiful, ornate blades that emphasize being as light as possible while also being indestructible and razor sharp. They come in three primary forms-Swords, Daggers, and Claws-each with its own distinctive style and mechanics. An expert swing at the right angle can slice through an exceptional sword, and a solid piercing strike can penetrate Titan Armor. They can easily slice through unarmored targets, and are extremely fast due to their weight class.
Mithril Swords
Mithril Swords are massive swords that reach 1.6 meters in length and 12 cm in width. They are often used by legendary demon slayers in battles against Titan-class threats where inflicting massive wounds is necessary. Users can wield these blades with one hand, though some still favor a two-handed approach for even faster attacks.
Mithril Daggers
Mithril Daggers come in pairs either 22 or 26 cm long, depending on the user's preferences. The blade can rest within the shaft, or be jettisoned to either side as the user wills it. The force of this jettison effect is strong enough to puncture Titan Armor.
Mithril Claws
Mithril Claws come as a pair of fingerless gloves woven from Starweave, with a thick cuff reaching slightly up the forearm. When willed to activate, three claws thrust forward out of the knuckle guard and lock in place. The force of this thrust is strong enough to puncture Titan Armor. Each claw is 16 cm long and can be retracted back into its sheath as the user wills.
Orbital Mace
The Orbital Mace has a perfectly synchronized two-part design. The wielder holds a compact shaft while the detached mace head moves independently, maintaining perfect directional alignment with the shaft. The mace head can be willed up to three meters away, allowing rapid adjustments mid-swing. This unique configuration allows for unprecedented striking range while making it nearly impossible to parry through conventional means.
Despite the detached state, the shaft maintains appropriate weight and balance through its synchronization. The weapon delivers approximately 50% more impact force than conventional maces, allowing it to shatter armor and break through defenses that would resist ordinary weapons. With extraordinary effort, the mace head can be temporarily detached from its binding alignment, though it will resist such attempts with supernatural force.
Phantom Star
The Phantom Star pairs a control glove with a deadly shuriken bound by mystical force. When thrown, the wielder can dynamically adjust the shuriken's path mid-flight with mere thought, enabling deadly precision that can react to a defender's movements. The shuriken returns to the palm at will, ready for the next throw.
Predator Shield
The Predator Shield features adaptive metal scales, instantly adapting its size and shape to the wielder's will. In combat, it can create timed openings for strikes or grips, then reform instantly. When opposing weapons or limbs strike its surface or edges, the shield can reconfigure momentary gaps to produce multi-directional vises that capture and hold blades, releasing only when it suits its owner. This allows the wielder to control their opponent's weapon or limbs and potentially fracture it with calculated torque maneuvers.
Silkbinder
The Silkbinder is a textile weapon woven from Starweave that, while held, responds to its wielder's will with uncanny intelligence. It extends up to four meters at full length and manipulates itself with fluid grace. It rapidly grips, wraps, and binds limbs with supernatural strength, immobilizing large opponents, and making it the ultimate control weapon for martial artists.
Aside from its combat uses, the Silkbinder can be worn as an ornate sash, scarf, or decorative belt. It offers modest mobility and utility options. Stronger than most wielders, it can lift the user when firmly gripped to its environment. Those skillful enough can use it for short-range slinging.
Silver Serpent
A thin, mechanized metal-weave whip made of Skysteel, lighter than a common sword, with a reach of up to twenty meters. Its design appears like a scaled snake with razor sharp edging. The whip can be jettisoned toward a target, and extracting or fully retracting in a fraction of a second. The weapon possesses minor intelligence that synchronizes with the wielder, allowing it to handle precision actions and be controlled like a snake or pierce into materials. It can support hundreds of kilograms of weight, lifting its user several meters into the air, and allowing complex aerial maneuvers to those who are proficient in wielding it.
Stonewrath
Stonewraths are ornate, black-metal pistols designed for use in dangerous underground environments such as Labyrinths or Dungeons. The relic draws Earth Aether from the environment into its inner chambers, forming specialized geode rounds. These bullets have an outer shell containing a compressed lattice of aether-charged crystals that burst into sharp crystalline fragments upon hitting their target. The weapon has an effective range of 20 meters, with a mildly effective range of about 30 meters.
Stonewraths have a reserve of three bullets. A single bullet takes about ten seconds to fully reform, which can be a significant delay when empty. Each bullet reforms sequentially, one after another; not simultaneously. Despite its long recharging time, these weapons can prove devastating against enemies.
Thaido Gloves
Thaido Gloves are designed for elite martial artists that have mastered the use of Chi. Adorned with intricate channeling matrices, they transform physical strikes into even more devastating blows. They are particularly fearsome against magical defenses, punishing Ward on contact.
Their true, coveted wonder lies in projecting martial techniques beyond physical contact. Punches and strikes manifest as visible force waves up to five meters away, allowing wielders to use martial techniques at range, disrupt enemy movements, and create openings from a distance. Masters of these relics can control the battlefield before their opponents ever engage.
Thunderbolt
This deceptively elegant wrist-mounted crossbow bracer delivers the stopping power of light siege weaponry in a compact form. Bolts are ready to fire immediately upon loading, enabling a rate of fire impossible for normal crossbows. Each shot carries enough force to puncture standard plate armor at close range or pin lesser creatures to walls. The Thunderbolt's sleek design allows it to be concealed beneath loose clothing, giving Hunters the element of surprise before unleashing its devastating firepower.
Titan Armor
Forged by the divine hands of Aedron, God of Crafting, the iconic red Titan Armors stand as relics of unparalleled power and prestige. Each armor is imbued through multiple intricate applications of Aedron's Sacrament, ensuring it remains loyal to its wearer, adapting to their form, needs, and combat style. Once bonded, a Titan Armor is inseparable from its owner without deliberate intent or specialized intervention by Dwarven artificers. Titan armor will recover from damage over time, though each design significantly impacts the speed of regeneration.
Sentinel Armor
The legendary Sentinel Armor, famously donned by Kratos, epitomizes unmatched defensive might. Though its considerable weight hampers speed and agility, it is renowned for its supernatural durability. This armor proves impenetrable to nearly every form of attack, thwarting anything less formidable than penetration-based Reavers, heavy artillery, or Titan-class threats wielding overwhelming piercing power. Even then, it resists with extraordinary resilience.
The armor gradually regenerates from any damage over the course of a few days, reinforcing its impregnable nature. Further enchanted to withstand elemental and magical assaults, the wearer is shielded beyond conventional armor capabilities. Opponents find it wiser to entrap or hinder rather than attempt direct damage.
Dragon Armor
Dragon Armor is a specialized build designed to address powerful targets, especially magical adversaries like Kaijin and Demon Lords. Although providing defense similar to standard plate mail and capable of regenerating in a few hours, its true strength lies in its remarkable ability to absorb sorcery and ambient Aether from the environment. It thus accumulates immense energy when targeted by magical attacks. These absorbed energies can be released into devastating melee attacks through its signature "Dragon Claws," which channel explosive, charged magical damage directly into their target.
Sorcerers often accompany users of Dragon armor to enhance its offensive capacity by deliberately directing spells into it. However, the suit loses its accumulated charge each time damage is inflicted. Such damage, particularly from punctures, disperses stored power into the environment. This effect may appear chaotic and violent, but is rarely itself destructive.
Opponents are wise to avoid the use of sorcery. Their best options are to utilize heavy ranged attacks, such as crossbows or artillery. If engaged in melee, their best option is to repeatedly inflict damage and punctures on the armor to prevent the accumulation of its charged attacks. If the armor is suitably charged, one hit can prove fatal even to powerfully warded creatures.
Adaptive Armor
Elegantly interwoven with the wearer's skin, Adaptive Armor resembles natural reptilian scales and integrates seamlessly under everyday clothing or with Raiments and Regalia. Although offering protection akin to light scale mail rather than the formidable defense typical of Titan Armors, its advantages lie elsewhere. Crafted collaboratively with Sutra, Goddess of the Weave, and woven from Skymetal and Starweave, it rapidly shifts form at the wearer's will, allowing it to be fully concealed beneath its user's outfit.
Its combat form envelops the entire body with protective scales, while a reinforced chestplate form offers notably enhanced resilience. The armor features several impressive abilities. The most striking feature is its instantaneous regenerative capability, fully restoring itself within seconds. Its presence rapidly staunches bleeding, reduces pain by a significant threshold, and provides supernatural healing that will allow most wounds to recover within a day. The armor feels natural, providing comfortable wear at all times, even during sleep.
Agility Armor
Designed explicitly for swift and tactical combatants, Agility Armor delivers superior flexibility and unmatched mobility. Crafted from Skysteel, it provides protective capabilities comparable to standard plate mail but prioritizes unhindered movement. Rather than burdening the user, the armor slightly enhances natural speed and agility. The armor facilitates effortless sustained motion and navigation of complex battlefields, making it a strategically superior armor for dynamic, offense-oriented adventurers.
Its distinguishing feature is its innovative mechanized boots, capable of rapid deployment into extended legs for extraordinary jumping capabilities and significantly enhanced stride that effectively doubles one's movement. These extensions offer secure footing, superior shock absorption, and rapid traversal across horizontal and vertical surfaces with unparalleled ease. The armor regenerates in a few hours, ensuring its readiness in future battles.
Titan Weapon
Titan Cannons
Titan Cannons are massive, retractable melee cannons for heavy Titan troops, typically exclusive to Ogres. These handheld siege weapons jettison a massive penetrating hammer or harpoon forward with overwhelming propulsion and force that can only be achieved through its relic-class magic. They generate so much recoil that even Titans with specialized stabilizing boots are typically knocked backward from its use. Though the cannons are impractical against common infantry, they can penetrate the impossibly hard defenses of giant Chimerans and other Titan-class threats. A team of specialized units is assigned to retract the hammer and maneuver the weapon on the battlefield where it is needed. When a notable threat appears, it is quickly handed off to the appropriate Titans for use.
Utility Relics
Archivist Gem
Archivist Gems are relic-class Mindshards that are surgically implanted into the forehead as a direct interface to the brain. The process requires Sutra, Goddess of the Weave, to perform the surgery. These gems are granted to Archivists soon after being Anointed, though some have also been traded to the Astralei. Once implanted, the Archivist Gem synchronizes with the user's mind, granting them significantly heightened mental prowess, speed of thought, and psychic ability.
Ancient Relics
Aedron, the God of Crafting, did not create war relics prior to the Demonic Invasion. Once war relics became critical to survival, his focus shifted, but that was not his original priority. Instead, he spent most of his time creating relics that would serve his personal or economic interests, or which were suitable for trading favors with other Gods and civilizations. These are now known as the ancient relics. Many ancient relics are said to have been lost during the invasion, and some are suspected to be in the hands of the demonic forces. Unlike the modern war relics, ancient relics were not designed with any sort of resistance to demonic use. Some of the ancient relics are publicly known and possess legendary status, though mostly belong to Aedron and the Dwarves.
Vials of Renewal
These vials absorb latent Prana from the environment, pooling into a liquid healing potion over time. The first two vials were created for Amara, Goddess of Compassion, due to the enhanced amount of Prana that generates within a close proximity to her. The vials' contents are often used in major healing practices, or to supplement the production of certain alchemical goods. Amara's Shepherds have been known to produce baked goods using the contents, granting special potency.
Scrying Orb
The Scrying Orb allows the holder to explore the world, moving one's visual point of reference at roughly the speed of thought. It can reveal any location the owner seeks, barring any magical interference, as long as there is a sufficient presence of Prana. Since the arrival of the demonic forces, its range has been significantly limited. It can no longer penetrate outside of the boundaries of Endros due to the absence of sufficient Prana.
Stoneheart Kilns
These kilns, of which there are a few notable ones throughout the Dwarven colonies, transform raw materials into extremely durable alchemical variants. Most notably, these function well with clay, ceramics, certain composites, and powdered materials. The result is extremely high-quality, practically indestructible construction materials that can automate away some of the complex artificing magics of master Dwarves.
Artisan Rings
Artisan Rings allow the wearer to deeply strengthen the understanding of nearly any craft they attempt. It promotes and instills artificing knowledge that enables the wearer to learn much faster. These five rings are worn by promising artificing students known as the Ringbearers; a great honor and title within the Dwarven colonies. Ringbearers are considered prodigal students, typically advancing in skill throughout their careers to become master artificers that work directly with Aedron.
Worldtongue Codex
Originally created for Concordia, Goddess of Pacts, this codex radically enhanced one's ability to learn the languages of the world as they existed at the time of its creation. Through its magic, fluency could be acquired in roughly a week's time, and conversational speech in half that duration. This relic is now in the restricted section of the Arcanus Library, under the protection and ownership of Lexica and the Archivist's Guild. While the codex once served as a powerful tool for diplomacy between nations, it is now considered more of a historical relic. It can be used to learn extremely ancient tongues, including the original language of the Gods.
Starglass Furnaces
Two of these furnaces were created. The first was for the Astralei, but Aedron liked the results and produced a second for his workshop. These furnaces help to support very specific glass molds and transform them into extremely durable alchemical variants. The result is extremely high-quality, much stronger glass, which can automate away some of the complex artificing magics of master Dwarves.
Waycarvers
Waycarvers are elegant druid staffs that, while intent is held, persistently create a large path for the user at the pace of a slow walk. They flatten uneven terrain, cut and trim brush, pull weeds, draw heavier pebbles and rocks through to the path, and lightly raise the path over its surroundings. The adjustments performed tend to be environmentally friendly, and will encourage more optimal soil fertilization and draining. Though they don't create a full road, they provide a foundation and first pass that makes one much easier to create. Many Waycarvers were lost to fallen nations, but the Elves are known to possess at least two of them.
Paired Grimoires
These Grimoires allow the users to exchange messages across a great distance to their paired companion, presumably across all of Gaia. What is written in one appears mirrored in the other. The Grimoire itself can absorb and generate ink at a whim, allowing it to return to an empty state as needed. At least a dozen Paired Grimoires were created before the demonic invasion. Despite not being intended as a war relic, these Grimoires provided an overwhelming strategic advantage for supply chains and warfare in historic times. Though their value has been significantly diminished from the arrival of Mindscape technology, the few that exist today are nevertheless very useful.
Most of the Paired Grimoires were lost during the demonic invasion. The Archivist's Guild possesses at least three working Grimoires, likely each paired with some other major alliance. One pair is known to be in use by the Titan forces. The remaining companions are not publicly known.
Crystalline Prism
Crystalline Prisms are small cubes that transmute minerals, purify them, and transform them into perfect crystalline structures that are optimal for alchemical use. These cubes are owned and used by Dwarven artificers in Onyx, and have been in operation for over a millennium. Though the process is very slow, its production is extremely valuable, and the gemstones produced are often used in magical artifacts.
Deepcask
The Deepcask is the colloquial term for a more comprehensive set of relics that collectively distill and produce a magical brew known as Manaheart Reserve. The process still requires powerful alchemists, but the brew would be impossible without the relic-class magic of the Deepcask. Manaheart Reserve is bliss in a bottle, and puts the drinker's mind into a state of near-perfection. Whatever the drinker is trying to achieve, the brew ensures they're operating at nearly maximum mental capacity for the duration of its effect.
Aedron designed the brew to empower his most elite craftsmen, while also being so divine that it incentivized everyone in his colony to improve beyond measure in order to earn it. It took several decades to complete, and the only one that exists is in Onyx, operating under Aedron's authority. The brew is almost entirely exclusive to his master craftsmen and the Dwarven elite that have earned it. Even small amounts are only exported in very rare circumstances, and only at Aedron's discretion.
Sevenfold Mask
The Sevenfold Mask is a relic that can be placed over a user's face, connecting to and blending in as though nothing were present. The mask allows the wearer to physically shapeshift into one of seven different characters. This effect includes the full appearance, body shape, voice, physical attributes, and all other aspects and cosmetics of the new body. The options include: Merfolk, Orc, Human, Kobold, Dwarf, Felaris (Softclaw), and Lupin (Vargan).
The mask is currently in the possession of the Bardic College. Each of the seven characters is a well-known, recurring character, often portrayed in movies and plays. As a result, each represents a famous fictional character that is widely known by the public; though the stories told have shifted through the years as various races have fluctuated in influence or opinion. It is rumored that other masks of this nature may exist, but there is no additional public information about it.
Sculptor's Chisel
This chisel allows the user to rapidly shape and work even the most dense, heavy stone as if it were soft clay, while also ensuring extreme precision that follows the user's actual intent. There are at least five of these chisels within Endros, all currently in possession by Dwarven craftsmen.
River Totem
The River Totem is a 3-foot totem-like statue with a bottom stake that can be inserted into the ground. The totem, when attuned to a location, can follow the attuned user's instructions to gently and efficiently redirect the flow of a river or canal over time. This process usually takes a few weeks, persuading water into new beds, levees, and channels so long as the new path will be physically possible. It is ideal for flood prevention, city planning, and large-scale infrastructure projects. The only known River Totem is currently owned by Bedrock Enterprises, but is often contracted out to other Dwarven Corporations based on need.
